T3Media is looking for a well-rounded, creative and ambitious individual with aspirations of developing and growing a career within the sales and media industry. The successful candidate will play a role in achieving T3Media’s client acquisition and revenue goals. Must be comfortable making dozens of phone calls per day generating interest, qualifying potential new clients, and closing sales.
- Work closely with marketing department to qualify new leads and route certain opportunities to appropriate sales executives for further development or closure.
- Cultivate leads and close deals that are assigned to you.
- Research accounts and maintain database of prospects to maximize revenue and client growth.
- Respond to all inbound client calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely manner while delivering exceptional client service.
- Participate in daily meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Database maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a customer service or call center setting required.
- Some sales experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills – phone and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and duties within a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to world class customer service.
- Familiarity with the media industry helpful.
- Strong working knowledge of personal computers (use of Microsoft Word and Outlook)
- Experience with CRM software preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor’s Degree required with 2 to 5 years related work experience.
